Vending Machine Warranty
All parts of the vendor including the refrigeration system, electronic control board, L.E.D. credit display, vend motors; coin validator and the change giver are warranted for 12 months. The light fittings and the finish are excluded from this warranty.
Our obligation under warranty is limited to repairing or replacing subject part at our opinion, when upon examination it was determined by our technicians to be defective. We will arrange and cover the shipping charge on all parts covered under this warranty. Transport cost will be covered by us only within a radius of 50km from our head office. If the distance exceeds 50 km, a travel charge of R3-00/km will apply. If the call-out consists something not mentioned under this warranty (i.e. coin jam, electricity spike, human error, etc.) a R500-00 excl VAT call-out fee will apply

Gauteng is not responsible in any way for any direct or consequential damages that may arise from the acceptance and/or non acceptance of any coins.
The warranty is null and void when a cabinet or any part of the vendor has been subject to misuse, alteration without proper authorization, vandalism, or accident, damage by fire, flood, transportation, civil disorder or acts of God.
If a vending machine is sold with a site included, only the vending machine is guaranteed, not the site. All coin mechanisms will accept all RSA coins that are available in the market on date of purchase.
